Robert Blackwell joined the Firm after almost a decade of experience with one of the state's largest law firms.  Bob has developed a state and federal litigation practice and has represented a broad range of clients in complex commercial and business disputes, real  estate litigation, construction law, health care litigation, personal injury and wrongful death matters, medical device litigation, and employment litigation.

Bob also serves as outside counsel for several small to mid-size businesses, including real estate developers and companies involved in the construction, healthcare and food service industries, and provides these businesses with day-to-day assistance on a wide variety of legal issues.  In 2006, Bob was named among the "Best Lawyers Under 40 in Dallas" by D Magazine.
